Abstract: Verrucous hyperplasia (VH) is a premalignant exophytic oral mucosal lesion with a predominantly verrucous or papillary surface. These lesions can transform into verrucous carcinoma (VC), a warty variant of squamous cell carcinoma. This report presents a 52-year-old male patient with VH involving the left buccal mucosa, highlighting the clinical presentation, diagnosis, treatment, and discussion of differential diagnoses and histopathological features.
