Abstract
The adenomatoid odontogenic tumor (AOT) is an uncommon benign non invasive lesion that is exclusively odontogenic epithelial in origin mainly affecting the female in the 2nd decade of life it is a slow and progressively growing lesion commonly associated with the imapacted tooth of the maxilla mainly canine but sometimes it also affects impacted central incisor.
The aim of this paper is to present a case of a AOT with varied clinical and radiographic features imposing the fact that AOT should be included in differential diagnosis of odontogenic cysts and tumors.
